I have a Konica Minolta Maxxum 5D is no longer made. I found that I could use my old glasses movie “based” on this digital camera. But this Tamron has worked very well on my digital camera. I recommend this. Plus you do not need to carry other lenses when you leave. Always a good thing.

The aim was purchased to reduce the load in my camera bag by removing the lens kit that came with my Sony DSLR with a zoom range of 18-70mm, and another 45-200mm zoom, which occupied the space. The zoom function works perfectly and the autofocus is quite accurate, giving me a strong close-ups that I draw from my business. I am a student of photography, I am not able to get too technical in my opinion. I bought this because most people, I wanted an all-in-one lens. A goal that I can take pictures of relatives and subject distance, when I can be as close as I want to be. I have had this goal in about a month now, but I must say I am very happy with the lens. That said, I am very much on images of nature and a bit of sports and fast action scenes. The pictures I took with this lens so far (about 500) are very clear and vivid images.

I did not notice that the lens can be a bit slow autofocus, so beware. If you plan to use this case for sports and / or action plans can be a bit disappointed. Otherwise, this lens is great! Now I can lose my other three goals this single case has been replaced.

I bought this lens to replace kit lens that comes with the Sony Alpha 300th I wanted a versatile lens so I would not have to do / change target multiple. I am very pleased with the result: excellent picture quality, easy to use because of the universal range of 18 to 200.

Some observations – although the lens does not feel too heavy, if you point the camera down, this goal will “zoom” because of the severity of withdrawal. This is understandable, but sometimes feels awkward. There is a zoom-lock switch, BTW.
    – If you put the anti-sun-directly-Cape stuff back on target (the store), you can not reach the ring to hand over. Clear and documented, but not always practical.

Bottom Line: very good buy, necessary if you choose to make a maximum lens.
